Filters

RFF carbon steel filters are specifically designed for the refrigeration industry and comply with all manufacturing regulatory requirements in force.

Technical Specifications:

• Size: DN10 – DN350
• Pressure: PN25 (standard), PN40 and PN65 (see technical manual)
• Temperature: -50ºC/+150ºC
• Temperatures below –50ºC: Needs to be consulted
• Refrigerants: Suitable for all standard refrigerants according to EN 378-1, including NH3 and CO2. The use of flammable and especially corrosive fluids needs to be priorly consulted.
• Can be used with lubricant oils.
• Stainless steel filter mesh:
  A = 500 microns, R = 250 microns, Y = 150 microns, W = 100 microns
• Zig-zag mesh with high filter surface
• Stainless steel holder to reinforce filter mesh
• Textile cartridge for refrigeration installation first start-up. Needs to be extracted after several working hours. Available for DN32 – D350. Maximum working temperatura 80ºC.
• 250 microns mesh is recommended for liquid pipelines and 150/100 microns for compressor suction.

These filters are also available in stainless steel (DN10-DN25).
